Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Frequent Traveller World LLC ("we", "us") provides business consulting services, including business analysis, strategy development and implementation guidance. These terms apply to every consulting engagement between us and a client ("you").
2. Scope of services
The scope, duration and fee of an engagement are agreed individually in writing (an engagement letter, proposal or e-mail confirmation) before work begins. Only what is described there is part of the engagement. We do not sell or ship physical products.
3. Fees and invoicing
Fees are based on the agreed scope and duration. Most engagements are recurring monthly services. We invoice after the services for a billing period have been provided. Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider; their terms apply to the payment transaction.
4. Your responsibilities
You provide the information, access and decisions we need in a timely manner, and you confirm that the information you give us is accurate. Decisions about your business remain yours.
5. Nature of our advice
We provide business consulting. We are not a law firm, accounting firm or tax advisor and do not provide legal, tax or investment advice. Where such advice is required we will say so and recommend that you engage a licensed professional.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement, during the engagement and for three years afterwards, except where disclosure is required by law.
7. Term and cancellation
Monthly engagements run until cancelled. Either party may cancel in writing with effect from the end of the current monthly period. Services already provided are invoiced and payable. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
