Cancellation & Refund Policy

Services, not goods

Frequent Traveller World LLC provides consulting services. Nothing is shipped, and there is no physical product to return.

Invoicing after delivery

We invoice after the services for a billing period have been provided. Because you pay for work that has already been delivered, invoices for delivered services are not refundable.

Cancelling a monthly engagement

You can cancel an ongoing monthly engagement at any time in writing (e-mail is sufficient). The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period; no further periods are invoiced.

Fixed-price packages

US Consulting packages are paid when booked. If you are a consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of booking without giving a reason. If you asked us to start before the 14 days have passed, we charge the share of the services already provided; once the package has been fully delivered, the right of withdrawal ends. The US mobile number included in a package ends after 12 months and is not renewed automatically.

Prepaid amounts

If, by exception, an amount was paid in advance for services not yet provided, we refund the unused portion within 14 days of the cancellation, to the original payment method.

Disputes

If you believe an invoice is wrong, tell us within 14 days of the invoice date and we will review it with you. Contact: mail@fqt.world.
