Privacy Policy
1. This website
This is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. Our hosting provider and the content delivery network in front of it (Cloudflare) process your IP address and standard request data in server logs for security and operational purposes; logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.
2. When you contact us
If you write to us, we store your message and contact details to respond and, if an engagement follows, to deliver it. We use e-mail providers and business tools for this, which process the data on our behalf.
3. Consulting engagements
During an engagement we process the business and contact information you give us, solely to provide the agreed services, to invoice them and to meet our legal obligations (for example bookkeeping and tax records). Payment data is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that act for us (hosting, e-mail, payments, bookkeeping) and where required by law.
5. Retention
We keep engagement and invoicing records as long as required by law, and contact data for as long as we have an ongoing business relationship. You can ask us to delete data that we are not required to keep.
6. Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its processing. Clients from the European Economic Area have the rights set out in the GDPR, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
